White bouquet with Pouilly Fumé

Pouilly Fumé Claude Michot comes from vineyards located in the hamlet of Les Berthiers in wine circles as renowned as Les Loges, a slightly larger hamlet. The grapes grow on the hillside vineyards below the village of Saint-Andelain. The result is a fantastic good tasting wine with the typical "flint" flavor in the background: a true Pouilly Fumé! You may already drink it from his first or second year with all kinds of fish, shellfish, lamb, veal and even pork. Do not store more than four to five years and serve around 10 degrees.
