Stylish white bouquet with Pouilly Fume

The Loire region is known for its beautiful castles and delicious wines. One of its best known and most reputed appellations is 'Pouilly-Fume'. This 'Les Moulins a Vent' is a well-structured wine with a nice portion of fruit and a certain minerality, very pleasant! You can drink it from the first or second year with all kinds of fish, crustaceans and shellfish and even with lamb, veal, pork or poultry.
