What is my delivery status?

You will receive order status each time it changes. Moreover, you are allowed to track order status in your profile (only logged in users).

New - We received your order.
Awaiting payment – Your order will be dispatched after we receive payment
Payment confirmed – We have received payment. Your order has been positively verified and dispatched
Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled due to lack of payment.


How can I obtain information whether my delivery has been fulfilled?

Status Confirmed status denotes that the order has been successfully fulfilled in due time.
