Terms and conditions of delivery
Delivery in PolandBouquet ordered by you can be delivered within 3-4 hours from the time, when the order has been made and paid for wherever in Poland.
The orders made for flower delivery in Poland in the week by 15.00 and on Saturdays by 13.00 we can realize on the same day within 4 hours by courier of our florist's, which is the nearest to the receiver. Flowers are being delivered from all week round. For delivery after 20.00 and before 9.00 is there an extra payment:
20:00 - 22:00 > + 7.14EUR;
22:00 - 00:00 > + 12.70EUR;
00:00 - 06:00 > + 20.37EUR;
06:00 - 09:00 > + 8.99EUR.
We do not guarantee the hours of delivery, but we try to deliver bouquets within 3-4 hours. The exact hours are only guaranteed for weddings and funerals. We are not able to guarantee the delivery time in the days, such as: Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Mother's Day.
If the courier cannot find the receiver in the given address, he or she will leave the note in the door, informing about the flower delivery. After a contact of the receiver with the florist's, the delivery will be sent again at the agreed time.
Orders for weddings and funerals can be hand to ceremony service who will give them to the recipients. In such situations we are not always able to provide the confirmation signed by the recipient personally.
Delivering the flowers at the weekends
When the term of delivery is on Saturday after 16.00 or on Sunday - the order should be made at the latest on Saturday by 13.00.
Delivery of flowers with a present
We deliver flowers and gifts choosen in the Present Post - within 48 hours (two working days). Perfums and rings are exception. We deliver perfums within 4 working days and rings within 7-8 days. If You would like to have delivery on weekend You should place an order latest on Thursday till 12 o`clock. Please bear it when making an order.
We cooperate with couriers` company while delivering the present. We deliver presents from 9am to 6pm acording to their terms and conditions of delivery. If the recipient is absent the curier leaves calling card and he is waiting for a contact from the recipient. We are tryning our best to deliver ordered present on time but we cannot take full responsibility for punctuality of deliveries.

We deliver Sweet Telegram abroad within 4-7 days by Post. We cannot quarantee exact delivery date. Sweet telegram can be a very special gift for a very special addressee.

In case of any changes in conditions of flowers' delivery, prices, terms, etc. as a result of holidays or other reasons, information about the changes will be shown a few days befire on our main Web Page.
The quality of the bouquet
Every bouquet is prepared by the florist's serving on the highest level.
We do everything, so our composition of the bouquet is done precisely and carefully. We always care, so your order is done by the florist's, which is the clostest to the person the flowers are given to. Because of that the flowers do not lose their freshness and appearance during the transport and they last longer. The bouquets might be in a minimal way different than presented in the picture, because of the seasonality of the flowers and individual style of each florist. In case of lack of one of the flowers, which an ordered bouquet included, we have the right to substitute it by a similar coloured flower. Mixed bouquets shown in the pictures have 5-7 flowers - small bouquet, medium: 9-12 and the big one more than 15 flowers. In case of roses the prise changes depending on the length of the roses: short have about 40 cm, medium about 60-70 cm, long about 90-100 cm. Shown in the catalogue presents, such as toys or chocolates are only examples of the presents and those delivered by florist's realising the order will look different. You can be sure, that delivered bouquets will not be less beautiful than that shown in the picture.
Our goal is to raise quality of service constantly, so the last stage of acomplishing order is sending confirmation to recipient. Recipient's opinion is very important, becouse it helps to check if order was executed properly.
Complaints
Please be careful, while giving the details of the receiver, because the complaints of this reason will not be considered. All complaints about wrongly made orders, terms and delivery, etc. and decisions about delivering the flowers to the receiver are considered:
- regarding deliveries abroad 3 weekdays
- regarding domestic deliveries 1 weekday
from the time of giving a complaint or asking through internet or phone.
We cannot be responsible if the recipient refuse to accept the flowers. We treat such orders as delivered.
